    It seems that assembling the radioactive x4 from the assembly menu, does not qualify for this quest. It's a pity it doesn't make that clear when selecting the quest.

    I think that is what most players did for it, to include me. You may try it again...

    you have to assemble it then collect it to complete the quest

    I don't understand the collection part where do u collect it, as in it should just go on the log files then inventory. I would think?

    in the assembly window you press green assemble button to make x4 ammo. when u press it the assemble button turns gray from green and above it 1min countdown starts, after 1 min the assemble button turns in to collect button then u press it to collect the item you made

    Ahh ok, well to be fair I would not have thought of that, I think I assumed same as above, that if it was assembled job was done. Thank you.
