[TEI] Aug-12th Double GG Rewards (LAG = UNDOABLE)

Was playing on Global America 1, had spent weeks saving up my gates for this special day (Double gate rewards yay!) but I logged on to finish my gates and wala! The server lag was unbelievable, every 5-6 seconds I would freeze and then be frozen for a good 20-30seconds, making the completion of my galaxy gates next to IMPOSSIBLE! I lost two lives in my zeta and am now fearful of jumping back in, but the clock is ticking and I NEED to finish them on the special rewards day!? Can someone please tell me what's going on with the server issues? And if they will extend the event due to these inconveniences?!

i'm experiencing the exact same problem. When i jumped into my epsilon id get 10~ seconds lag and about 5 seconds non frozen. This is the same for other people aswell on the server (GA1 aswell) that have this issue. Can we please do something to fix this guys. Seriously -.-

 

Yes, this lag is a very big issue that needs to be taken care of !

 

This is the second time we have events and cant get logged in.. when I can get in the game client,,, nothing but lag. This needs fixed and the event needs to be extended to compensate for time lost.

 

The event hasn't been for over a number of weeks (which is fine, its quite a decent event) however I would at least like the opportunity to make the most of it!! Big point please, it seems that only Global America 1 was affected and I now contemplate what to do with my meaningless life as I sit here and stare at all my uncompleted gates, and the clock tick over to a new day

Same problem with Ga2

 

I can not even login to the game client (GA1).

 

Yeah, its pretty bad right now, can't even get a connection into the game hahaha

 

Same in GE1, you can't even login the game client, and when you can, latency and lag are making you wanna quit, this is happening for the 2nd day now. We waited long for this event and now we can't even finish our gates !

Gameplay is also impossible i tested it on several maps, it looks like server response to player's request is about 10 to 15 sec.

This needs to be fixed and we want our gates on double day event ! We have been waiting so long..

 

Something Support is still telling us to do about the lag, "Remove The AJP-01 Jump Chip". For whatever reason it caused the Visual Update (from April and compounded by A.S. in May) to cause the frozen Lag all servers felt in May and was the only work around found and as of yet I do not think it has been corrected YET, I still have the onscreen log entries trailing what I am doing and lagging to a freeze state after 45 minutes of playing/killing.

 

If you only get lag/freeze after sometime playing, it is likely that your flash player is building up cache that your CPU can no longer handle, try going to your control panel and cleaning flash player cache, close all applications that you don't need and try again.

 

I am in an Incognito window where this is not supposed to be able to happen and I should not have the issue after just 45 minutes when I used to play for hours without even seeing the issue. I used to play the game from morning to night stopping for potty and food breaks only and not see the issues that I see now.

 

Yes the issue you see now is a general issue, but if you start getting low fps it means the issue is local on your pc. If fps is fine but lag that's a server issue.

 

Worse lags i have seen in a long time..maybe bp should focus on fixing existing problems in the game before bringing out more and more cra*p.

Btw i wonder when we will get some response on this...

 

i hope they give us GOOD and i mean VERY GOOD compensation for this crap because this is beyond stupid....

 

Oh look. Day 2 of double gg weekend and still have issues... wonder if Day 3 will be the same...

Bought the 50% boosters out of the shop, yet can't even use them, what a waste of money unless there will be compensation for this screw up...

Nothing new, DO is doing to many things at once and won't fix the real issues... Thanks for such a lovely game .

GA1 & GE1 Servers with issues.

 

I just wish they would address this issue, as it only seems to happen on Double GG Rewards Day. My Computer also runs its average 40+ FPS in game during times of freezing which means its not lag to do with my PC and internet. Please address this issue

 

This server lAG is crazy stupid!

 

GA1 server doesen't work. Anybody know why? It's not about computer or anything at ship, cause sk2 server works smoothly. Why not GA1, what's wrong? Answaaaa...

 

I believe its lags from them putting new updates for upcoming events guys an gals
