[TEI] bought new ore in shop for surgeon and mirage but wont show up thus i cant create them

I bought enough ore to build the green mirage pet design and the goliath surgeon design but the ore wont show up! ive logged out numerous times checked inventory and assemble tab on game screen and still nothing :/

 

Check your log and Uri balance to see if your purchase has been deducted, if it as try logging out and do a browser and flash cache clean also turning off your router for 30- 40 seconds then restarting your router and letting it update before logging back into DO. Should a cache clean fail to resolve the issue you will then need to contact support.

 

yhh it was last night the uri was taken off but I cant craft the items as it still says the original amount I had before making the purchase

 

You will need to contact support with full details of the issue and your log entry's so they can look into the problem.

 

Problem being they will not get back to you before the Recipes have gone away so good luck getting those taken care of.

 

It ONLY costs 601,750 uri to build a surgeon from store bought ingredients..............
