    How long need the support to answer? I wait till 16 hours...

    They don't work weekends so it is going to be after the event is over when they can do anything about it.

    @Solid_Eye well I guess I just have not seen it as I have never received a response on a weekend.

    Customer support does work weekends. They've also been swamped since the update and will get back to you as soon as they can.

    As for a fix or resolution, that will be dependent on the game/dev team, and that won't be until the work week picks up again and they get to go through, investigate everything and figure things out from there.
