There are quite a few mistakes in the back page news letter for the Galaxy Gate Special Rewards weekend leading to confusion and frustration within the DO community.


Topping off the Galaxy Gate rewards!

Greetings, pilots!

M.A.S.Q.U.E.’s R&D department is churning out a lot of special gear lately! Using their patented GateDropz™ military-grade locators, they have found pockets of hidden space in certain Galaxy Gates that can yield extra rewards for space pilots venturing into them.

As it requires a high amount of vacuum energy, the duration for which this equipment works is limited!

This weekend, from midnight on Friday through to Sunday at 23:59 LST, all pilots will have a chance to win special rewards for finishing the selected Gates!

Here’s what you could win:

• Delta Gate: Awesome drones
• Epsilon Gate: Goliath surprise pack
• Kuiper Gate: Collector's joy - Chimera and Phantom
• Lambda Gate: Collector's joy - Mirage and Enigma

Package Contents You have a chance to win one of the following rewards from the corresponding package.

Both Chimera and Mirage are P.E.T designs and not drone designs, the fact that the Kuiper and Lambda gate are giving out mainly just a single drone design is a very poor way to wind down an event. The only vacuum energy present is the vacuum that sucks the money out of players wallets. This as been an expensive 14 days for players with most offers being cash only and as a reward for there loyalty and spending are given flawed GG bonus weekend. There is way to much chance and luck factor thrown in, as for single drone designs that is an insult to players regardless of how much or how little they spend.

i see a lot of players getting nothing form epsilon gate to me it reads ether goli once completed not "random chance a goli may drop" ie: 1 in 4 change a goli may drop

whats on the forums its whats on the darkorbit facebook page so then u cant trust anything but they never said u would get it easily I mean there rare designs like cmon.
