[TEI] GG Cold wave does not appear

    I havent done this gate last year or any year...I go to mission control and I accept quest like every other dude...and there is no gate,portal in any map.

    Need to do the gate before Dec.26. The gate is a re-occurring Birthday gate, shows up by Dec.11(?) and only stays till Dec.25th.
