[TEI] Hangar bug.

  1. I can't access hangar since new hangar update came out. It keeps on loading screen, i can't change ships, cant equip other ships or repair my drones. I need to know will my drones will be given back if i lose them? Or i should stay offline and lose time what i could spend playing? Thanks.

  2. Nvm, nothin works, lags freezes. all what i can do is to collect event boxes for now, at least i had auto looter on.

    Have you done a browser and flash cache clean and a router restart, if you use AVIRA anti virus go to C:/ProgramData/Avira/Antivirus/IPM
    and delete the folder to do this you must be logged on as an administrator and disable your anti virus. Once you have done this reactivate your AVIRA and reboot.
     
  4. I see the Mods are saying there is a problem and some accounts are unable to access even with the normal Cleaning procedures. If still having the issue after doing the normal cleaning then contact support so they can look into it for you.

    only thing i see is , darkorbit has no problem at all , its all in your pc or routers , really what a joke ...

    its darkorbit that has issues , NOT OUR COMPUTERS !!

    dont play me for a fool , been here since 2007 ...lets say that i know how darkorbit roles and rules ... :(
     
  6. I just pmed support. Lets see how many weeks it will take to reply me. Of course i don't juge, with all updates there are tons of bugs and tons of mad players who contact support. Maybe shouldn't add so many events at once. Just saying.
     
  7. The first line is to make sure we have no residual game data on our computer, this causes loading issues and further conflicts with the programming. As long time players this should be old hat performance practice anyway.

    As has been stated by a few Mods the issue has been found to effect a few accounts that the normal cleaning does not fix the problem and there is need for the Tech's to look at these accounts to correct the issue.

    The Events are causing issues but then the game progression/story line has a certain time table also, things like the Ship Expo are repeat events and usually kick off a NEW set of ships or Designs (this year just happens to be the European Football Championships and the launch of the Flag Designs) but they have had issues with the ships they wanted to introduce with it but the Championship tournament is not going to wait for D O to get everything fixed in their game.

    I do agree 5 Updates to the game in 5 months is a bit much, but some of these have been delayed because of issues found in development and trying to correct before launching. They just need to look into the ramifications of the RUSH to improve the game and remember if we do not enjoy the game then there is no need for the Updates as they will not be received well knowing we are going to not be able to play the game till the issues are fixed.

  8. I have cleaned everything, even tried to reinstall my pc os, still doesn't work. I am just afraid that i won't get my irises back if i lose them. I don't want to pay 1.5mil uri for zeus drone lol.
     
  9. Switch to a Base Ship (Goliath, Leonov, Phoenix, Vengeance, BigBoy, etc) and you will regain the level lost in repairing the drones. As far as getting the Hangar to work you just have to be patient and let the Dev Team figure out what has happened to the account, there are a few that had something else happen that was not supposed to, might think about just doing transfers for a few days till the hangar is returned. I know this is not what you want to do but unless you have the Drone Repair CPU equipped on both config's of your ship you will have no chance of having any drones replaced if lost due to damage.
     
  10. Man. I can't open hangar, how i am suposed to swich ship? Also no refund really? I can't access hangar to repair my drones and i have no chance to put drone repair cpu on.
     
  11. Only ting to do then is wait for Support to fix the issue for you, sorry to say. You have sent a ticket to them so they know you are having the issue, RIGHT?
