[TEI] Hard skoll gate

Hi, i cant seem to spawn the hard gate, i have the quest, and i just have done the easy one, im lvl 19. Is there a way to fix this?

Hello,

You completed the hard cold wave gate from last year just a few days ago. This would seem to be the reason why yours didn't clear with the fix.

We'll try to find out for sure if those who completed last years event gate late might yet get to do it again for this year, but I can't make any promises.

thx, im just missing soo much uri just because i cant get in this gate, i even bought premium just to do it ;(

 

Well at this point we do not have a response for you on this matter.

However as a general rule, most players do not keep this gate for an entire year with out completing it... Then complete it just before the new gate arrives.

You can only hope they can offer you another gate, but we do not know that the system will allow it.

Nothing really, email support. They probably won't credit you the gate because you held onto the one from last year. It'd be like doing Alpha Gate and then asking Support to give you another one.

 

I think he is trying to tell you if they can make the gate respawn your lucky and can do it again this year, if the system won't allow it maybe next time you will finish the gate long before the next year gate arrives. Enjoy

 

You were supposed to have finished that gate last year. You had from December 11th 2015 till December 31st 2015 to do it. Since you carried it over to this year, chances are, you will not get the 2016 gate, since they are identical, and they do have every reason NOT to give it to you.

You should have finished it last year.

 

but i didnt have it active all this year

 

well i contacted support via email and they said they cant help, this is gate from last year. Its so weird, some even get to do this gate multiple times, and i get to do previous year's gate only

I'd say your analogy is quite wrong. It's more like logging-in on both Dec 11, 2015 and Dec 11, 2016 and getting only 1 gate while others get 2. But I have to knowledge the fault of not completing the gate on time. There was no disclaimer!!!

Because you completed last years gate this year. Other players completed last years gate last year and then this years gate this year.

 

The only people who get to do the gate "multiple times" are the ones who did last years gate last year, and this year's gate this year. This is how it was meant to be
