[TEI] It's not getting better DO

    1. I didn't get any feedback from support regarding the last special gg event becouse i'm still sitting on 2 sovereign designs (and 2 veterans too, not from the gate tho)

    2. With the server restart today the gg special reward weekend started (i spent my uri right away) when i logged in a few mins ago i saw that you have lowered the price for gg spins. why didn't you do it with the event start. If i spent 200-300k uri in gg spins there's a huge difference if a spin costs 95 or/and 75 uri.

    Oh an 3. Ship kills still ain't counting for quest! Are they counted at all

    support just rejected to give me an answer to the question are thy able or are they gonna fix the issue number 1. and 3. i got a mail where they said the ticket is closed without giving me any answer on this. dang DO

  2. Odd this sat so long with no responses. There are so many issues as of late, its hard for support to stay ahead of the curve. There are a lot of things they just don't have fixes for as they are programming issues, which is outside the scope of supports capabilities. On the other hand, I can tell you that its normal for a support ticket to get closed with no resolution if there is nothing going back and forth for a long time. Not a dig on DO Support, just stating facts. Kind of, err, skip it....
     
  3. If you pick up ships you already have you get 10k uri at the same time because you already have them

    as for gg spins things chnage everyone has the same prob not just you dint bother anyone els how much is cost to spin/change on spins

    and players dont count on quest because of the ship update all ships now have there own spot on the rankign system u dont get the basic

    vengy
    spear
    cit

    and so on so now with only nomal golis counting venom, spec, sent are not classed as golis they are classed as skill designs and there own ships so rankign looks liek this now

    vengy
    spear
    cit
    venom
    spec
    spear elite
    aegis elite

    and so on so all quest have to be redone and changed
     
  4. RΣŦÙЯП-ΦF-§ŦЯЇŇG§HØŦ you are correct they have added every individual ship to the rankings chart and as this is now done they need to make a simple addition to the data base that specifies what each individual Base Ship is equal to so they can apply to the quests like they are supposed to.

    Should have been thought about before they launched the new Hangar system but then no one thought to check this out.

    1. there was a thread about duplicate ships >here< reference the surprise pack and if my memory serves there was also an issue with designs from Booty boxes for a while... They said they would compensate for these errors I believe.. So maybe send support with just one issue and deal with the duplicate that way

    2. bad luck on timing.. cant see anything coming of that tbh...

    3. as RΣŦÙЯП-ΦF-§ŦЯЇŇG§HØŦ and HelpMeHelpYou have said ship kills reference designs are now logged under their own heading and therefore I should imagine it shouldnt be too difficult to update the current Quest totals in some way when they update the requirements for the quests/new quests .. For this I would just watch Official Announcements as this is well covered in Forum...

    and as PSK~SUNDANCE said, Support, who are hard pushed atm, may evaluate your query or complaint etc but then would pass it to the appropriate department

    I agree and I wont spend time on the quests but people still want things to do and achieve and you do get the usual ship kill reward even if it doesnt as of this moment count toward a quest unless a basic non-design ship...

    do, fixs the hunting quest difrent ship rewards , many have half finished quests, dont bother hunt when no reward given

TBH as what they have said the updates are rushed out and any mojor bug found fixed so the update can go live they will fix the small bug after that time but with all the bugs goin on at teh mo its taking some time even event quest are rushed they dont always work first time so teh quest will take some time to get fixed lol

Well the whole thing is this is part of the Equipment in Client upgrade they have been working on for quite some time and as such they should have forseen the issues with making the designs individual ships and made the fix before launching it. IF D O was not is such a RUSH to make these changes and really cared about the playability of the game they would be taking care of the changes to databases that will be affected by the update, before they launched the update. The really sad thing about this most recent launch is they chose to do only 2 servers as a test and did not even wait to see if there were any major issues before launching it on ALL servers, those people who play on those 2 servers and also have accounts on the others were able to save some stress by finding their other accounts were going to lose any ships that had designs assigned to them so they removed all designs from all Basic ships and did not have to wait to have them returned to them, like so many of us did. A true test of an upgrade would be to make it a compartmented addition to the game that could be added or removed as needed and apply it to a server for a day or two then remove it and review all data collected during the time to see what worked and what did not. Looking at the most active accounts and verifying everything had applied to each individual item it should have and if not then correct the issues and re-test the revised addition this would first resolve major items like quest failures or AJP-01 Lag issues, yes it adds time to the development of the game but tell me would the game be better off with the delay in release or with the crud we are dealing with now? And secondly it would keep more of the players active in the game instead of finding new games to play while D O tries to fix their problems.

    thx tho i also read about the compensation but it seems they can't even put this up. like i said it's not gettting better do and you guys have to admit it's like 2-2,5 weeks after we reported most of the issues but the main issues still remain unfixed
     
  10. You may want to look at the Uridium page Balance sheet for when you received the second ship of that type as you may find the 10K uridium was booked like it was supposed to but gave the visual as if you have a second one available to you even though this is not possible to equip.

    lampas, I apologize for not getting a response on this thread. There have been many threads due to several major issues and it appears that yours got lost in the mix. Support, and the Development Team are aware of the remaining issues and are working hard to get them resolved. We are confident that the remaining issues will be resolved and we can all enjoy the new features that have come out (and blowing each other up of course). I ask for your patience as the Team works through the code and find the issues and resolve them.

    ty helpme you seem be the only one here helping ;). i figured that with the 10 uri but i got 2 designs (goli and vengy) didnt't get the uri but a few days later i got a vengydesign again and got the 10 k so it seems right but what's with the first 2 designs i got?

    ty raijin for looking at this thread i know that you guys are outnumbered that you got to many issues to fix, that you are trying your best, but i want you to keep this issue in mind and not forget it couse it seems little compared with other issues in the game (pvp quests, missing items, ...)

If you still have the duplicate ships/designs showing in the Hangar you might want to send a ticket to Support to have them look into WHY this has happened and see if they can rectify the issue and award the compensation for the extras issued to you. The Mods could do it also but with as busy as everyone is the ticket to support is a guarantee it is looked at.

    i did that i wrote to support but they said they can't do nothing about it atm becouse there are bigger issues they working on like the pvp kill counter etc. they did not look at it but kept sending me the "ty for your patience mail" and when they stopped thanking me for my patience i asked them about the progress and got a autoreplay that said "Tickets will automatically close after a period of nothing further being added to it. That said, we still don't have an update on if or how these may be resolved, and the dev team is still working to resolve the issue with the PvP quests"
     
  15. Yes lampas it seems with the volume of tickets being submitted that support has decided to "Close" all tickets after they make a response to the original issue. It seems that they feel that once you are informed of what "they" want you to know that is the end of the subject. I am non-premium on us3 and as such I am forced to watch a video once a day when I sign in. The issue I reported (with screen shots) showed there was no way to submit the information that D O wants to correct the issue, and once the told me there was nothing that could be done without the information they "Closed" the ticket, and could care less about their customers feelings or desires. This is the same thing that they do about the "Skip 45 minute" videos when trying to decrease the length of time required for transfer to ship from the SkyLab.

    Mods this is not a strike out against the TEAM but is a factual response to the way the players are being treated by Support look at ticket # 2016071037014856 and see that the only response was that if I could not provide the URL of the video they could do nothing about it and yet the screen shot included showing the right click menu allows us no way to collect the information.

    figured that one too :) but i run in a problem and i asked them for help i don't wanna be informed about the issue i want them to try and solve it if possible in a reasonable time.

    but when we read such things we should let them close the thread, let them do their slow thing and go fishing i like to fish :D

    lampas, I assure you these issues will not be forgotten. Regarding the Support responses, we cannot do anything regarding those here in Forums. Regarding time frames, if the Development team has an announcement about any fixes, it is always posted in Official Announcements to keep the players informed.
