[TEI] Kuiper gate issue

Last weekend was special event for Kuiper gate. It sayd we wont get designs we allready own. So started to chase for Surgeon. Got every single design from Kuiper event and Centaur 3 times. But not single Surgeon.
Allso contacted support. But no reasonoble answer yet. And i dont remember did i have pusat b4 or not. But if they gave me Pusat i think its not fare enough.. As there was special event. And i should of get Surgeon

Is only a small % of a chance you get surgeon, if you received the same ship a second time check your logs you would have received 10,000 uri every time you get the same ship. You will just have to wait for the event again and try again i'm sure you will get the surgeon one of these times. Enjoy and good luck on getting the surgeon.

 

You are dealing with a CHANCE reward and the chance is so low people have decided the Kuiper Gate without Ammo Reward is not worth doing. The other designs/Ships were a special reward and as there is a glitch allowing these to be issued D O has been courteous enough to replace it with 10K Uridium for these ships. You can check the Back Page Logbook and verify if they issued you the Pusat this weekend or not. The Uridium Page Balance log will show the 10K award along with the 15K completion reward.

 

There is a chance players will now - leave. Leave it to DOto offer a package for K gate andthen give a 10k reward

 

Like i wrote in my post beafoure. I got design EVERYTIME. But it sayd you WONT recive designs you allready have. But i got Centaur designs 3 times. Thats the problem. I allready have all designs from kuiper exept Surgeon. And it giving me Centaur design over and over.

Alsso there was nothing sayd about that 10 k uri. That 10k uri thing was for delta gate.. Lf4 or 10k uri.
In Kuiper was just sayd: Keep in mind you wont recive designs you allready have!

 

These designs are the ones available from Kuiper Gate;

Chance to get one of the following ship designs
(if design is already in account, 200,000 Uridium will be booked instead):
o Aegis Elite
o Citadel Elite
o Spearhead Elite
o Goliath Venom
o Vengeance Pusat

The other designs were from the Weekend Bonus and since the Booty Chests are glitched and giving designs already owned D O has extended the 10K Uridium award to the designs given in the Weekend Bonus also. Sorry the game is glitched and you are unhappy you are not getting what you want. You should be thankful they are giving you the 10K as you keep saying "You won't receive designs you already own" and therefore where you already had the awarded design you should have got nothing for it.

But since Support has issued you a Pusat then you really have nothing else to complain about other than you still do not have the Surgeon, which is seldom awarded.

 

Yeah the event is over, try again during the next event of this type. I got a Vanguisher out of this - I hope you get that Surgeon sometime - You have my support, support doesn't

 

Thats silly that i have to be greatful and thankful for glitched game? Thats sounds really funny. I better stop banking in every way till game is fixed. Been here about 7 years and its ALLWAYS glitched..
