[TEI] Lost 7 LF4(16) after dismantling them from Shipboard &drones

    id 76357096 ..Username: ∑∞DMK∞∑[∞UA∞] ,server:Spain4
    i had 20lf4 (all ~16 level upgraded) untill 14/05.. but 14/05 i was need to make dismantling of all LF4 from Shipboard &drones = (20 OF 16TH LVL AND OTHER ONES OF 8-13 LVL) . THAT was done. but ALL These lf4 didnt go to hungars... what i have now - for 17/05/2016 on my account..= i see that 7 of my lf4(16) is lost , lost to nowhere? where are they? please help me to get those 7 lf4(16) back to my account.. cause these 7 lf4 was terminated from my account due to some server issues, i think/// today, 17th may i have only 13lf4(16th level) on my account instead of 20lf4(16 level) - that i must have if server issues did not take place 14th of may - when i made that dismantling*.. please help me to get my 7 lf4(16th level) back to my account!!

    As you have sent a support ticket there is little the mod team can do as it is already in the hands of support, in the mean time however you can try checking your inventory, clearing your flash and browser cache and refreshing your hanger by clicking your equipment button in most cases this works.

    Have you tried using the DELETE Config button on both configs of your ship? Have you verified they are not in your INVENTORY (use the weapons filter to show only weapons? I am assuming that since it has been several days you have re-logged to the Hangar which is another BUG that we have. If you just click and remove the items, it seems it does not always register the removal of the item and is suggested to use the Delete Config button (beside the config 1 and 2).

    It's not only Lf4... i lost all my 16 level modules for clan battle station. when i put them on the base , after some seconds they disappear and there are nowhere to be found ....

    The problem with the disappearance of CBS modules correct. Refrain from CBS is installed.
