I have bought today the large pack of masque booty keys and i havent received them in my account i have sent tickets and they closed them saying that there is no order the problem is i have a confirmation aswell payment was done with a cell phone i hate bigpoint when they do this kind of stuff what should i do??

 

did you email payment support saying you have a confirmation email

that's the problem cause ive send like 3 already and haven't received any answer they ignoring me hate them

 

Did you check your Key inventory as they are added to the count in-game (hover your mouse over the KEY Symbol and it breaks out the keys you have).

If they deny the transaction look at the cell phone activity and screen shot it to them as proof of purchase.

 

It's there just, doesn't show. Just try picking up a masque booty box. It should work.

To find how many pink keys you have you must go to hanger click equipment go into inventory and click user in the drop down arrow and look for your keys in there. Enjoy

 

The number of pink keys you have purchased will be added to the number of green keys you already have both in game and in your hanger on your ship overview to find your pink keys you need to check your inventory were they will show.

 

Who mentions that it is pink in color - I say it is purple the extra bonus boxes that is.

 

bonus boxes are cheaper FREE and they contain more valuable prizes!!

That's Bit Pointless for you though, over-price everything and drive the core regular small spending customers away in their millions and then sit around the board room table scratching their heads wondering where all their customers are going and why and then introduce even more silly over-priced nonsense for events

check your total inventory in ur hanger for all of ur hangers is may be in there, because mine didn't show up on the Key symbol or on the
overview portion of the hanger in equipment.

 

Yes these keys are only seen in the INVENTORY tab under USER and you have to look through the entire thing to finally see them. I do not understand why they did not tie them to the In-Game Key inventory, as I would have expected it to be. But this is D O.

 

75% of my purple booty were rsb drops with other ammo id rather use uri to purchase rsb than spend 20mins looking for a box that will give this as reward

ive lost my spark to play this game to many chances you are making the players leave I sep and log off atm just waiting for a demaner or hitac event to get me going again im an uber fe player dont chase rank anymore what do I play for if im only being drawn to buying worthless items no thank you.

 

OK DO/BP I know you guys need money and know one is putting a gun to our heads to pay for stuff. What you guys
are still failing to understand this kind of behavior will run you customers away. Personally I'm getting sick an tired
of this kind of crap. People are honestly trying to support this game but at pretty much every corner you guys FAIL.
It sickens me how you guys have turned a great game into a pile of rubbish. You guys have got to stop the MONEY
GRABBING, BAIT & SWITCHING and CHANCE ASPECTS from being put in this game. The players have asked time &
time again to leave this kind of crap from the game YET you still continue to do so People want what they pay or
work for, to be shown a bit more respect an not have their intelligence played with. Is that really asking too much?

 

BP fail to see the problem with the purple keys/chests. They fail to see why people are so annoyed getting the same miniscule quantities of stuff as what you get in green booty's. For money bought keys they should have increased the rewards by 4x at least. It doesn't matter that you can get purple keys from quests, it is only one little quest per day and barely 1-3 keys depending on quest. So it is not like it is going to break the bank if the quantities on items in purple chests was increased. What is in these booty's the majority of the time it is insulting to pay that kind of money for 60 keys to have the same miniscule quantities of stuff that you get from green booty's and the same chance of rarer items.

Those blinded by greed fail to see that their actions are the reason the game is being destroyed. Ultimately greed destroys everything. Most new events, most players never bother with them because they'll never be able to complete most of the quests, especially pvp based events or other stupid events where you have to be first to shoot at some dumb NPC. No amount of events will save the game. BP shoot off both their feet with a nuke by allowing their big spenders (£35/£70 or more per week/fortnight/month) to become so strong they no longer need to spend the money because they can just sit there for 2+ hours per day farming cubes while people with no life can sit there for 6 hours a day farming cubes, battleray, LoW/Hades/Kiuper gates or doing palla, or others as we know, bot for gates.

BP have driven out their core spenders, pricing them out of the game with the constant practice of unnecessarily over-pricing everything, then they change how much uri you get for your money, big slap in the face there, so people are buying less and less now unless it is event with ship, ships design and herc or whatever worthless item BP over-prices and throws into the mix next.

The people that own/run BP are rich anyway, so they don't care if the business collapses, they'll still be rich after driving the company into the ground by ruining the game, sorry, running the game the way they do, it is the same over-priced nonsense with that pirate game they have too if they even still have it and I wouldn't be surprised if that Battlestar Galactic game was over-priced too.

If I ran my businesses the way BP runs theirs, I'd have no customers/clients and I'd go out of business which is where BP is heading anyway with how they run things and they are too blinded by greed to see and fix the problems because the problem is them and stupid stuff they keep doing to what was once a great game.

I can understand the frustration of players but this is big ignorant arrogant businesses for you, they never listen, they never will, and they never learn, they don't even listen to people like me even when we know best. They just keep making the same mistakes over and over until the business collapses in debt and administrators have to be brought in to find someone like me or a consortium of people/company with the money to buy the company and take on the debt.

I have no idea how their other games fair in the grand scheme of things, I never play them, but I imagine they are probably over-priced as well driving paying customers away. BP need to be careful because the way things are with Dark Orbit, if they keep up this practice of over-pricing everything they introduce to the game and pointless events then they'll end up driving more players out of the game to the point there will not be enough revenue to keep a lot of servers open so a lot of servers will have to close and be merged and there will be loads of players not wanting to have multiple accounts on one server especially when some countries have 4 or more servers and someone may play on the other ones because things are a little more relaxed on a less busy server that does not earn enough revenue to stand on its own feet.

These individuals at BP continue to sit around the board room table scratching their heads wondering why their game is dying a horrible and slow death when someone should just pull the plug and put it out of its misery.
