[TEI] No sale of items in shop at Halloween Event

for each and every event you guys put sale of items in shop, i.e. LF3, ship designs, log disks, etc. etc.
Then why there is no sell on this Halloween event..

 

Im unsure of what items you were hoping went on sale. If you would please go to the shop, look at the List of item categories on the left. There is one with a % sign over it... That symbol means that something in that area is being sold for reduced price.

These items change daily so that players have the opportunity and a variety of things for a savings.

Is there any way to know which item is on Discount for the next day?
coz i want discount on log disk as i'm going to purchase $200 uri for my PP

 

there is no way to find out which items go on save there random sales and about 90% of teh items go on sale in 1 run after after the timer is up on the drone formations another sale will pop up

 

Thank you for assisting this player with their issue, I am sorry we do not have a list of the items that will go for sale. However we do know that the sales will vary though out the event.

They should implement sales on all items during helix- / mega happy hour. Things are already overpriced. It might also increase sales.

 

If you look at the top of this page you will see the tab for "calendar" and I notice it does show some sale items in there.

Look at the top of the page and you can see PLANNED sales in the "CALENDAR" tab seen there.

There has been something on sale the entire event, some of them are strictly "PAYMENT" sales but there has been something on sale every day since the event started (look at "customization" at the bottom of shop page) you have also been able to buy "special items" which are not available all the time also.

They do not think things are overpriced as they are still being bought, the only time the will reduce prices is if there is a MAJOR decrease in sales and lots of complaints in the FORUMS to get their attention. Look at the weekly auction items, these used to only be available with a CASH purchase now they can be bought in SHOP or from auction, but it took the sales to drop off from WALLET players before they became available to the Play for Free players. Hangar sales dropped of so badly they had to give them away with ship purchases to generate more revenue and the even reduced the prices on these because the sales had dropped so low.

 

Yup, Bigpoint is not dumb when it comes to earning money, though I do think they are when it comes to knowing when to stop...

 

Did the sales stop because the event was supposed to?

I can't agree more. I have got to the point I will not play if they are selling Ultra Booty Keys or having LF-4 or Zeus days as I get tired of trying to complete quests and the cargo becomes a damn Booty Chest. Don't know how many "Ghosts" dropped a Chest instead of cargo while trying to complete the Halloween Quests, which were fun to a point, but took way too long with all the COLLECTION we had to do, killing things is easy (group or solo) but collecting takes time and when the large quantity kills drop a Booty Chest instead of cargo box you wasted your time killing it (yes you got the rewards but the goal was the cargo). And after watching chat yesterday, even though D O says they changed, I see someone was collecting the Ultra Booty Chests all day and finally got an "Elusive LF-4 Laser" just before they quit for the day. There are 4 of us that will never buy another Booty Key (don't matter what color) as we get more from G G spins for less than any damn Booty Chest we ever collected. Booty Keys were generous when they were first introduced (ship designs, LF-3, 7900 Speed Generators, Modules, BO2 Shield Generators, and G G Spins) but lately seem to be giving more crud ammunition (that we rarely use), but then we now get the keys from Quests instead of BUYING them all the time.

I still support the idea, IF the NPC is going to drop a Booty Chest then we get the key dropped (booked as a special reward, like they do with boosters) before the NPC dies so we can collect what we earned, or make the box a dual pay (where we get both the cargo and booty) if collected. This should not be too hard to do as these B C's already have a timer on them and the program knows if the NPC is going to drop a Chest or Cargo just make it so it drops a "Cargo Booty Chest" which could now be ORANGE like the cargo box and a person who does not have a B K picks up the cargo and the box then changes to the color it was supposed to be when dropped and removes the timer so it stays on the map till collected

Why waste Uridium on designs? Save the credits that D O is so gracious to give away, and buy them from "AUCTION". You want the discount then on Helix Mega Happy Hour (which they should be having this month) spend all your available cash and with the extra (over MHH rate) Uridium you get on the designs and then you got them for FREE.
