[TEI] Subscription prolonged, maybe not

I have just read this OA which states that due to the fact that the bonus boxes were nerfed on Kuiper Gate launch event, Premium subscription and Doubler bought on 19th and 20th of November will be prolonged with exactly their time value, right? Check out the screenshot below:

So, my Doubler Advantage pack was indeed increased with anothe 7 days, but my Premium, my 6 Months Premium seems to have been forgotten. Both Doubler and Premium were bought on the same day, in the same cart and i have the Paypal bill and if requested i cand get my credit card bill o the card which was charged for the transaction. But if both items were bought in the same cart i can't see why only my Doubler was prolonged. Is it too much to give away for free?

@Solid_Eye: You posted the OA, so give me a better understanding if i am too stupid, only the 1 Month Premium membership would be doubled or all, because i'm 6 months of premium short here.

Your words.. I bought 6 months, you said i'm getting another 6 months for free.

I've removed the image you included just to be safe due to payment details. That aside, the announcement we have does suggest it may take some time for everything to roll out. I just find strange the fact that Doubler was prolonged and yet Premium wasn't.
Immediately i thought that offering a player 6 months of free Premium is just too much and only the Bronze Premium packages were prolonged.

You're welcome To be fair I'm not certain if the six-months(or twelve) month premium packages might be treated differently, but I've sent an inquiry so hopefully we'll know in good time

well,to be fayr,this prolonged packages are a compensation for those bonus boxes...now,let think,nobody can claim shy bought 6 or 12 months of premium just to cover a 7 days event.....it was just a coincidence....
in my opinion,one month added to those 6 would be a fair compensation..

 

It was the devs decision to double Premium and Doubler packages bought in that timeframe, and yes, it was a simple concindece, but i don't see fairness in my purchase being completely ignored just because of it's higher value. You can agree with that i suppose, it's not fair for me not getting any compensation, and those who bought Bronze Premium getting their package doublef. If that's the cade, i would gladly accept a month or two bonus, but fairness would be doubling it. If i get 20% or 30% extension, others should get the same.

It would seem that this compensation isn't necessarily for 6-month (or 12m) packages as the length of those packages would reflect it being bought for much more than the launch event. Whereas the shorter packages would appear to have been purchased to get the most out of just the event itself

I will add a note to the OA momentarily to reflect this. I am sorry for the confusion
