[TEI] UBA FAIR?

OK here is my thought on UBA. If it is so fair how come the same player wins every month? I've seen the player that wins every month and come on DO i could pop him in second on the real maps. I played UBA not lately but have come in 10 place during christmas event and you know what he played also and was ranked #1. Funny thing is i had like 600 fights and never saw this guy once. He is only a captain and me basic general so i'm guessing i don't get put up against him. So my theory is he only has to fight lower players so cause he is a captain with i'm guessing full lf4 or something. How can you call this fair when i was 10th place i used over 1 mil x4 this guy wins every month and he is only a captain so what does he buy 1 mil x4 every month? cause he is not doing gates or he wouldn't be only a captain? So tell me how can this possibly be fair to other players please explain this to me how it works if i am not correct? Last night the UBA started first day when i checked it the #1 guy from before never even started playing yet so others already scored points , well over night this guy pulled 10 x the points that the other players have even when i became 10th place i never made that many points in half of a day. The only thing i come up with in my head is someone has figured out how to push in UBA.

 

He will be using a small ship to get easier opponents. Then since his opponents are small ships he will not be having to use elite ammo to kill them.

If you want the 'best' way to win a UBA season you need to start in a small ship and gain as many points as you can from that in the first half of the season or so. Then towards the end you go back into Goliath / Aegis because by then most of the people competing in UBA will also be in those ships.
It's definitely frowned upon by the majority of players and is the main reason why a lot of people are put off trying to get a good result in a UBA season.

However with that said, if you have this one guy on your server who is constantly getting 1st in each season, sounds like winning it - even with 'playing the system' - would be very hard. Sound like a bit of an addict who knows the exact ins and outs of how to get the maximum amount of points from UBA.

 

Well then if that's what is happening all you have to do is use smaller ships then whoever came up with UBA needs to take another look at this and see that it is not fair to all like it's suppose to be.

 

Also maybe DO should think about only letting a player win once then can't win again for 1 month or longer give someone else a chance to win and not just the player who likes to use any and all bugs in the game to benefit themselves. And just in case anyone is wondering i bought the designs so i don't care about the UBA i only care about keeping the game that i spend money on fair and fun for everyone to play. Enjoy

 

And i cant understand why this kind of behaviour is accepted, imo all who manipulate the system like that would deserve to be banned from uba seasons.

Sounds to me like someone "exploiting the UBA" and isn't "exploiting" also known as cheating. Maybe need to change the system so you win this UBA season you are disqualified from the next season.

Sounds like someone manipulating the system to win like they were doing in JPA guess it is time to close the UBA because of cheaters because the same people win it all the time (or at least that is the excuse JPA is inactive).

UBA is nothing more than a CHEATERS paradise. And now that we know the secret as Okapi32 so eloquently stated it here everyone knows how to CHEAT the UBA.

I understand this but the issue is not everyone understood why some were always at the top of the competition. Now everyone who reads the forums knows how to exploit the season.

 

What i understand now is there are players that just want to be good at playing the game and some just want to be best at exploiting bugs in the game. What i don't understand is why DO knows about it but does nothing?

 

Because the ones doing most of the exploiting are also spending money on the game for the other advantages they can not exploit.

 

its not to do with money i no loads of people that have been banned and they spent loads

 

You lost me on your comment to me, I did not specify anyone being banned and YES I am aware of a lot of major WALLETS that have been banned because not only did they spend on D O but they liked to buy the THIRD PARTY Software (cheats), but exploiting bugs can be done by a FREE player also, if they are aware of them. Exploiting D O's mistakes usually does not get a player banned but it does put the player in a position of losing the gains they got from the BUG (as seen with the Honor Bug and the major changes to the Ranks when they made the corrections to those accounts), and boy did we read, in chat, about how unfair it was to those players who lost their ranks.

 

The issues with the UBA are currently under investigation.
