[TEI] wheres my title gone?

i just popped a vru ship and got phoenix shock title, i jumped to 1-1 to go do zeta gate and its gone. How come? I havent been popped by anyone and this isnt the first time ive lost a title for no apparent reason. Is it bugged out or what?

 

I think you cant go to home map (x-1) anymore with title

 

u can since i was sat in 1-1 with 1 for 10mins while waiting to do a hades lol

 

But if you logout it may happen then..any way i am not sure about it ..admin should respond...It has happened to me too

As per FAQ
1.You must kill either an NPC or Player to Obtain the Title.
2.You must login at least once every 48 hours from the time you obtained the title or the title will be gone.
3.You must not be in a Demilitarized Zone for more that 2 hours at once.
4.Your time holding the Title will only increase when you are online.
5. When Dieing to a Player, the Player will take over possession of the Title.
6. If you Lose you title because you failed to comply with Rules 1 or 2 the Title will be place on a random NPC/Alien in a Random map.

 

That's wrong. You can stay in a Demilitarized Zone as long as you want, but you have to kill an NPC or player within 48 hours outside of Demilitarized Zone.

Have you maybe chosen a achievement title? If so this will be the reason.

thanks for all the responses. Any chance of a MOD actually responding to my problem? as i see everyone elses queries have had a response. My ship had the achievement title 'icebreaker' on when i popped the VRU guy with the phoenix shock tag. Once i'd popped him, phoenix shock was displayed above my ship. This happened in my company map 1-6. i flew around 1-6 for a few then i jump chipped down to 1-1 and icebreaker was showing on my ship again!! I then checked the title overview page and it said that someone else has the tag for 1 minute. i didnt get shot on and certainly didnt get popped. i have log book to prove i wasnt popped. This has happened before when i had a tag, it just disapperared...into oblivion. A MOD response would be welcome.

 

Astraea will most likely respond when she gets time, so just be patient

Is that the same Astraea that told us that all ships are reset back to zero whenever you go into Test Sever, and that they cannot be 'built' over time? I'd trust the word of a developer, but not that of Astraea any longer. Sadly a moderator badge in this forum does not mean knowledge of the game. That's why it's pretty useless to ask questions here.

ASTRAEA has been around a very long time, she did leave for a while and returned recently but she is very KNOWLEDGEABLE of the game and forums. As for the statement you brought up, Ships on Test Server, If you are logging into the Test Server for the First Time you do not get to have the same ship you play on the regular server and could be where she made the statement of logging into the Test Server resets your ship. Since I did not see the context of the question or answer I can not speak to this issue properly. But you are correct not all Moderators are knowledgeable of ALL things, but there are several issues that others have encountered and they can assist with issues.

 

the OP asked if a mod would reply and I said that astraea probably would... that being said, she is VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE of the game and yes, shes human too and can make mistakes.

 

11 days and no response from a moderator. Think that says it all really lol, who cares? seems like nobody on mod team thats for sure...very disappointing

 

I am very sorry that your issue has not been responded to by a moderator. I have been away on family business since the first of Feb.

Unfortunately at this point investigating a title is not possible as the title in question, has probably be attached to several accounts.
★★★JUICYLUCY★★★, as you are a amazing player within the game. I would have to say those silly titles don't do you justice anyway.
I myself would think that you have a ton of more appropriate Titles in your achievement area. Off the Top of my head, How about Fearless Leader.

if i get a title, i try and give them away. when i got "Rock 'n' Roll, baby!" i thought it was so cool...then i saw a peanut with the same title. i have not had a title since.

You are talking about ACHIEVEMENT TITLES the titles being brought up in this thread are Titles that are a little more prestigious than those as there is only one per server per title and transfer ownership if you are not active in maps or get popped according to rules posted in the FAQ's section. These titles are listed in the Hall of Fame records.
