The game is Freezing

Me and about 30 other players are experiencing major lag on the client.
Chat works fine but our game screen would freeze us for about 30 secs-3 mins and then work again.

we have cleared caches and all the other things needed to do.

This happening on all browsers which include, Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Internet explorer..

So we are not allowed to play for this whole sunday on a WEEKEND...

 

I'am Getting the same thing on my end too.

 

Same here but this has been happening to me since october or september I cant pvp or anything with this freeze

 

Hello there,

It would greatly help if you were able to provide the following information for us;

- Which server is this happening on for you?
- Does this happen on a particular map or portal jump?
- Does this happen at all times of the day?
- Does this happen during any particular event?

Also may i ask whether you have tried seeing if adjusting your in-game settings helps reduce this issue for you, or if you are on a laptop, making sure your 'power plan' isn't on Power Saver. I would also advice that you check your systems to make sure you're not running many background applications.

USA East 1 I'm sure all of us that are having this issue have tried everything Big Point tells you to. i know i have. and more. Brand new computer specific for gaming. And i am hard wired.

 

Yes Sir the game is lagging BAD to again. This always happens when the game get's new update's. Domination?

 

Global Europe 7 is clean, no lag at all

 

USA East 3, all maps, Mostly day time little at night, and all events.

 

it wasnt happening before the new client update, yall need to smoothe out the coding.
ALSO when i jump chip to maps i see cloaked NPCS shooting me and sometimes players, they dont be visible to me.. all i see is npc damage to me or enemy players.. its not fair to see 60-139k roll off your ship while you cant defend yourself.

 

yeah that only happens to me in 4-5 or x-6 maps
