The non pvp design

    The design I am proposing is such that is available to all ships, dis-allows enemy pilots from target locking the equipped ship while it is active. The chip may be activated and de-activated for more control over when ship may fire on you.

    This chip is only active in home maps only.
    The suggested price for this design would be 10K Uri.

    This is a PvP game, if you don't like it, then you should just leave. This is a horrible idea and takes hunting completely away.

    It will still be a pvp game, the only change is that the pvp action can always be denied for those that are unprepared or just not in the mood.

    I'm not in the mood to listen to your stupid reason as to why this chip is "necessary". Is there a chip that allows me to do that?

  9. VESPID, stop posting these ideas for credit ships, they are pointless.

    This is taken from a Playnation interview of Rick Deckard;

    - Will the option to improve credit ships be made available for those who want and can pay?

    "Well, we improved the balancing of existing credit ships last year and also introduced new ones. Credit ships are for beginners, and since the release of the game entry, new players actually receive enough Uridium to be able to buy a Uridium ship for free. Once a player has a Uridium ship, Credit ships are obsolete for that player. Because of this, we are not planning to introduce new upgrade options for Credit ships."

    So stop with these ridiculous ideas, they will not be implemented.
     
  10. LOL Oh wow. That needed repeating. As far as your chip, if it's gonna disable pvp, it will also need to immobilise your ship and prevent you from locking npcs and pvp players alike, or you could log out. Same thing.

    So its a design and a chip at the same time?

    No why play a multi player game (a game with other people) when you are unwilling to play with them?

    Hi Vespid.

    To be blunt. This idea is not going to happen. This is a PvP game first and foremost. If you dont want to play PvP then go and play Farmerama or Zoomumba.

    Closing now as idea is not in the spirit of Darkorbit.
