Theta Gate

This is a new gate, requiring 132 parts to be built. Currently, we have Alpha, Beta and Gamma for normal aliens and Lambda for bosses. This gate focuses on uber aliens and will be incredibly hard for anyone shooting below around 6-8k X1.

The rewards are high (Highest for any gate ever) and you are 100% certain to walk away with either a Havoc/Hercules or a LF4 laser. However, the gate itself is incredibly hard and takes a lot of parts to produce. However, players can gain upwards of 20 million EP from this gate.

Nice idea, u have +1 from me(I still need hercules and lf4's), but it seems to me to be a nice gate to do.

 

I think its a good idea for a gate, however, being that you have a 100% chance to walking away with either a herc, havoc, or lf4, i think that the amount of parts to produce the gate should be around 130-150.

 

I'll raise it to 132.

You can only get one of the three each time, but you are guaranteed one. I toyed around with the idea of being able to get all three at once but that would be too much and you'd have a chance, after all of that, to not get anything.

But yeah, you are guaranteed one.

 

That sounds nice and I know that uber means something like super in german, but relative to DO's aliens Uber king sounds good.

However, I put uber pilot in as well. We'll decide later.

 

Strengthwise though, the last two waves are equal. 2 BBK's equal 1 UBK.

 

This goes right along with my own ideas I wanted to do for galaxy gate finale. A theta gate is perfect name btw. Also could do an Omega gate. I would suggest decreasing the number of build parts though to 80 or under as there are already too high of builds for gates especially delta and kappa which contributes to making the rest of your builds take longer. I will be doing a post on the theta gate omega gate idea concepts i had myself, including some artwork and my own ideas on it. I also think they need to drop the black highlight surrounding the ships inside kronos gate. It looks hideous.

 

Too easy gate for wow big reward , that wont happen
