    Im trying to sign into the bigpoint portal. i havent made an account and i logged into my dark orbit through facebook. how do i log into bigpoint portal with the account i used to log into dark orbit, how do i use my dark orbit account to log in?

    If you have forgotten your password, you can use the "Forgot password" link under the username/password blanks. If you do not have your username, there is a link there to recover the username as well. If neither of these work, please contact Support with your UserID and they may be able to get you the requested information.
