    Hi Guys

    wondering if anyone can offer some advise? i went on holiday and came back and now i cant on the 2nd screen the button sticks on loading and doesn't change to start so i cant get on the game.

    i have tried ie,chrome,sea monkey and firefox and all the same but its not an account issue as i can login on another pc with out issues.

    i have checked av and fw and cant see any blocks, i have also updated flash still cant get in.

    any ideas?

    I had same issue as yours but i had only with Googl Chrome i tried everything (Cleaning cookies,Caches...etc) did'nt worked on chrome but the game worked like a charm on Firefox.

    Hi connels,

    Can i ask whether you have multiple accounts or servers? Does this issue still happen when you try to log in to one of the other accounts?

    We did recently have an issue where certain anti-virus programmes were causing issues with the loading pages for some users. Can i ask which anti-virus programme it is that you use?

    i only have one account and it seems issue is only on my pc at home my works pc works fine.

    at home im using f secure from virgin media, issue is will all browsers and flash and jave updated i have delted cookies and so on and used ccleaner too not sure whats happened.

    i have checked av and fw and can see no blocks either.

    Hi connels,

    I do recall that f-secure was one of the software that was getting issues, however i did go back through my e-mails and those issues were resolved, and based on the fact you are seeing no blocks i think it's safe to assume that's not the issue. Seeing as you have updated and cleared everything, as well as tried numerous browsers, i am not entirely sure what may be causing the issue.

    Therefore best advise as a next step would be to contact support directly to see if they have any further suggestions or information on what may be causing this issue for you.
