[TI] 8 days without my uridium

    The giga hour of the 14th had some problems as far as i know, but i have 8 days so far waiting for my uridium. I opened a ticket explaning the situation i was told to submit a ticket if i didn't get my uri in 2 days, i got no uri so i opened a ticket as a general game problem, i was told that asap they know something about it they will say it in the forum (so, y i was told i was getting my uri in first place?) so i followed the instructions of the first ticket (ignoring was i was told in the second ticket) and i created another ticket, i was told the same think "if you do not receibe ur credits in 2 days, open another ticket to look deeply into the problem" .. i got no uri again, what can i do??
     
  2. Can you say what it is that happened? I can tell you that if you sent a ticket to support, it was probably the best move but I can tell you from experience that getting uri (back) for any reason can take time. It took me about a month if I remember right for a problem I had.

    Hello,

    We (and support) have been advised that they were working on getting the data together so they could get uri not received from the giga hour to those people.

    We haven't gotten an update, and since the team indicated that they would resolve the uridium missing, support can't pay it out to avoid people getting the booking twice.

    The only thing we can do right now is seek an update, and then get the information out when we have it. I know it's going on a week now, but the only thing we can ask in the meantime is patience while we're awaiting news for you.

    a month... Now, that, in any support service around the globe is such a huge time, which means that each time i buy uri i have a chance to get it a month later.. It's good to know tho.. thanks

    You may close the thread now, and that makes sense (about getting the booking twice) but in 8 days you have no update, theres no way to know whats going on, just 1 or 2 (who knows) months later I'll wake up with the uri. I'm rly not angry with the missing uri because i understand that system fails, but theres no way to be patient not knowing anything. I'll post an idea for this forum ti keep track of such things.
     
  6. Trust me, with the nature of the problem, support will not give it back without permission from the team. They informed me they got permission when I got mine back. Unfortunately, they still have not fixed the problem. Cheers...
