    Hello, I was banned on 6/18/15 on my main account, I was told to reply on the email sent to me on 7/18/15 saying to undo my ban, i asked on 7/20/15 due to computer issues, and no reply from big point, its now 7/23/15, still no reply.

    I need some help please I want to play again.....

    since you contacted support you have to wait for their response nothing more that can be done here
