    hello,
    a week ago I received a letter in the account "Account Suspended".
    I bought the starter kit + 330000-game money on. Everything I paid. Payment was September 15th 2016 server USA (West).

    If you received a letter from support stating that the account was suspend, you will need to contact them as we have no information here in forums that we can offer to assist you on this matter.
