[TI] Advantage Pack Question

Hello I have a problem I bought two weeks ago, 10 x uridium Advantage Pack and only on that day when I bought it I had uridium two weeks have passed and yet nothing except that I did not come desperate please help me

 

you would need to email support and did you buy the right one at the moment there is 2 the one that is the cheapest is only 1 week the other is for 8 weeks

 

I bought a share at uridium which is actually 7 days, and I bought it 10 x, and 25/2/2016 I bought it and wrote me that the end of this action, which I bought is 5.5 2016

 

You should have gotten all of that on the same day then.

 

already had a talk in chat he did get all of the uri at once

 

Thank you all for your assistance with this player issue - however as previously stated above. The player will need to contact support and provide a copy of their purchase transaction so that this matter can be investigated further.
