[TI] All yesterday's work was gone

    All yesterday's (7/09/2015) work was gone .. yesterday I started 2 new quests, destroyed more than 230 annihilator and 40 players to wake up today and find the data back to the previous day.. seriously ??!!! I played more than 10 hours to find everything vanished ??
    I don't care what kind of trouble you have but I expect a REPAYMENT.

    I feel you bro, that also happened to me today same server. ALL I did for hours are gone, even the clan I joined was gone, the uridium I gained. And I bid for a goliath and lost my credit without even telling me if I was outbid or I won...!! I hope there's a fix to this. It makes me want to quit the game!.
     
  3. Same here. Was on twice over the 9th. Now the record shows no activity for yesterday.
    Was there some huge reset on the GA2 server?
     
  4. Sounds like a rollback has happened. I would've expected to see some announcements regarding it.

    Hi folks,

    You're correct - there was an extended outage earlier which resulted in a restore to backup. There was no announcement on this, because the information didn't make it to our Community team (or the DO team in general) in an ideal manner.

    We're currently following up with our IT department and investigating the overall scope of impact, and we're working to get you answers and the best possible outcome.

    We'll get word out via the Community team as we get it, and I'll check back here later as well.

    [UPDATE] We're working with the Payment team to track and restore purchases made during the affected period. This may take some time, but the process has already begun. It's not a quick process, but when I get a better timeline to pass along, I'll update you here.

    When everyone is back in the office on Monday (it's 18:54 here, so not everyone is available), we'll discuss compensation for the play time lost due to the outage and backup, and quickly get that implemented and communicated.

    As I mentioned, I'll update you when I hear more.

  8. lol yesterday i brought premium membership now it showing i am not premium when they solve the problems in this game or just stop this game don't waste our time and money
     
  9. Didn't you read Rick's post? He clearly said they were working with the payment team to fix this. It'll get sorted, just be patient.
     
  10. Did he read, people don't read...ever. :p I feel sorry for those affected but am glad there is support going out to them. It is not something you see postings of too often. Good to see Ricks post.

    Hi all,

    The purchases made during the affected period should have been rebooked to your accounts Friday night / Saturday morning (our time).

    If there are specific incidents of purchases that weren't addressed in the fix, please get those to support asap and we'll see if an additional broader problem exists or if we need to handle them case-by-case.

    For the lost time - I'm talking to our folks and working to get compensation in place by this weekend.

    All users on the server should receive 3 days premium, and a "super booster package" containing one shared damage, hitpoints and shield booster each upon logging in between now and the 24th :) [OA]

    When you log in it should show you received the boosters in your logbook.
    Example:
    Date - Time System bonus Shared shield power booster
    Date - Time System bonus Shared hit points booster
    Date - Time System bonus Shared damage booster

    To see how many hours you have left of your boosters, if you go to the Shop, select the Boosters page from the shop. Then you can select a booster, and so long as you have time left on it, it will tell you how much time you have left while you have the booster selected:

    As support has seen this particular problem, worked out the issues concerning this problem... along with a very nice compensation on the matter.
