[TI] Am I the only one that can't load the game after restart?

so was sitting at the port in 3-4 while the restart happen.. haven't been able to load the game after that tho.. can't switch ships, won't load after i press start... iv done everything for the past hour to try and get on.. logged out, clearly cache, switched browsers.. nothings working lol sent an email to support but i don't feel like waiting a week for them to fix it lol or switch my ship or put it back to 3-1 lol no idea what happen here.. Thanks

 

there is the restart of the computer and reset of Router to add to your list... Maybe if you mentioned which server also as I dont have a problem on US East Coast server

 

well i restarted my computer.. its not the Router since my brother can log into his account... i can go on my noob account and log in there.. not on my main tho

 

Again you do not mention the server you are on. Are all other accounts mentioned on the same server? What exactly are you getting when you are trying to log in to the game. I would still recommend resetting the Router/Modem and see if that corrected the issue as there is some residual information storage in there that could be causing the issues with the main account (since that is what you were on when the problem started).

 

I'm on GA1 server.. yes they are all on the same server.. my noob account and my brothers account.. all i get is it just keeps wanting to load.. like i press start and it goes to the loading screen.. mine never loads lol.. logged out cleared cache again.. still can't switch ships. i did everything here mentioned lol so its clearly not me.. but ill just wait the week i guess for them to fix it

it just won't Establish connection.. I have logged out for over a half hour too.. can't switch to any other ship.. nothing is working lol

meh guess i should just give up on even asking them to put my ship in 3-1.. or even to look into it.. meh mod you can close this i guess

oh and if anyone is going to ask to switch servers and see if i can load that one... i can. went to east 3 and can play there np.. go to GA1 and wont even load.. just keeps trying to connect..

It sounds as if you have tried everything we can suggest here in forums. Please be patient in waiting for a response from support, they do get quite busy at times. Hopefully their number of incoming tickets has declined recently so yours can be answered soon.
