[TI] Auction gave me wrong item.

    Hello, I've just experienced this strange glitch a few minutes ago. What happened is that I just won a LF-3 laser from the auction and I recieved a LF-2 one instead.

    Has this ever occured before? I've relogged / refreshed the game and all that, but I still have this lf2 in my inventory.

    Won the bo2 shield, and recieved the speed generator instead...
    There's definitely some glitch upon recieving items from the auction.

  2. This is a hard one to prove as LF-2's are won from starter Quests. However, I would send a ticket to support to try to have this rectified sooner than later. Take a screen shot of the Logbook entry of the available inventory showing the LF-2 (assuming you have had all other Lasers equipped) and they may be able to correct the issue for you. I know I received a 7900 instead of a BO-2 once but it was because of a mouse click issue (clicked too close to the 7900 and did not catch it) not an error with the game.
     
  3. LF2s are not in Auction though the BO2 is... as HelpMeHelpYou has said... either this is a Glitch (I think unlikely) or there is a multiple win/quest benefit here and you have not read it correctly.. what level are you and what have you worked out... do you not need a 7900? :p
     
  4. Send a screen shot of the logbook to support showing what was rewarded and it should be a slam dunk for them to fix.

    Above mentioned 2 issues are all true as I've checked the notification message of the auctions I've won, but I didn't take a screenshot of them and it was yesterday. Or can I find the log of yesterday's auction history? Well yes I do need the 7900, it's about the glitch not the item in particular that I'm concerned about.

Logs are usually available for 30 days so yes if you remember the time the auction was won you can find the information again, just by scrolling through the pages until you get close to the time then go through the page to find the entry. If you had been outbid on the item it will also be posted in the Uridium Balance log and show the subsequent rebid so you could win. Premium will add another entry for the 5% refund for the purchase when you won the auction.

  8. If you go to the Home Page of Back Page click on Logbook next to Ranking under your Pilot License, it will list the Time of the Auction ending, and Item won. You can screen shot that entry along with the shot you have listed here, Support can look at the Auction History and verify the item was uploaded properly or correct it if not.

    If this happens in the future I would suggest taking a screen shot of the Auction History (this is the hour before you won this case 0635 Auction), the Home Logbook entry, and the Balance entry and send them all to support (if this is happening frequently I might even take a shot of my inventory filtered by what you are bidding on just before the Auction is won and another showing the incorrect item being booked after the Auction is won).

Start a Support ticket, using the question mark in top right of back page (select support in the popup window) fill in the drop down boxes with the one that fits best (game issue for this) and then describe the situation as best as you can saying proof will be coming soon, and this will send an auto-response email to you, reply to it and attach the screen shots from you computer to it with a little description of what they are seeing in each shot. The forums are for guidance and assistance with game play issues but the more technical items like lost items or in this case improperly booked items need to be run through support. But making the thread so others know it is a possible bug is a good thing to do also.
