[TI] Auction House takes your credits ???

I was under the impression that failed bids on items, resulted in tghe credits being given back to you. Lost 320k while bidding on the Slot 4 CPU !! No Slot 4 and no Credits !!

 

if your sure then tell support if your right you will get it back there are bugs that happen from time to time.

 

Take a screen shot of the Balance Logbook in the Uridium page showing the bid and the end of the Auction time maiking sure there is NO REFUND seen. The take a screen shot of the back page logbook (Pilot License) showing the time around the end of the Auction where the slot 4 was not assigned. Send a message to Support and send these shots to them as verification of the problem. You may even find the Auction where you bid (in the history, remebering the Auction you want is the start of the hour not the end time) showing the winner of the auction and price they paid, screen shot it and send it also.

Problem solved ! The Bid did not go thru on the Auction I was trying to get it on, it went into the next hours auction !
Lost that auction as well, so credits were refunded !!
And in summary, I STILL aint gotten that damned Slot 4 CPU !!!

You know something, I really hate Auctions !!
Sometimes you get great deals, like ships for 10k .. and others you try for weeks to get one item !

May I suggest that you wait till the last 15 seconds and post your bid at that time. When I want popular items I bid the last 10 seconds and usually get the item (assuming the bid was high enough to be posted) I also end up being told my bid was not high enough to be posted or lag out just enough that I have to wait till the next hour to see if I won. You are bidding on an item that some people bid on as a source of credits (sells for 1.25 Million credits) bidding 1,241,000 takes these players out of the mix and only leaves those trying to use them bidding. You might even try bidding in off hours, school days while kids are in school, late night when most people are in bed, early morning while people are still in bed or getting ready for work, but almost always Mon-Fri, I have bought most of mine for 750K or less and have 10 on each account and have created many credits for buying ships with my us3 account as it is not played as much as my us2 account. Currently need to save credits for the Weekly Ships but own every other Ship sold in Auction plus all of the Credit Ships available. Eventually I will get all of the extras to equip all of the ships I own and then just transfer Lasers and Generators between them, I had all 10 Hangars (old system) set this way, now I need 18 more sets, assuming I don't get anymore Ships, but as I said I still need the Skill Ships, which will cause me to get another 6 sets, this of course assuming D O does not add more ships to the Auction and I don't get any others from Booty Chests or G G's. As I do not plan on spending any more money on the game in its current state (other than Premium on us2, where I have 4 more Ships).
