    hello just lost on auction that ended but did not receive back the credits was for drone

    It's not a problem, it's a generic timer, usually takes 5 minutes for AH outcome to reach your mail:p

    For future reference please allow 5-10 minutes for credits to be returned.
    If after that time, your credits have not returned, then please clear your cache.

    IF none of those work then please contact Support.
