[TI] Auction

I stopped to win anything in auction today from 8:35am on us3 server. Credits are subtracted from my accout, but I get no confirmation mail and no record in logbook. I'm still getting messages when I was outbid and refund for them. For items I was supposed to win, I got no refund. In auction history wining bids are lower, then were mine.

 

This was reported in another thread and the player actually received the item the following day. This seems to be a side effect to the preparation to merge servers, the systems are not communicating to each other in real time. Back page is separated into each section and then the sections have their own programming failing to communicate to the other sections causing all kinds of issues. I believe the History is reporting the current bidder at the 5 minute mark instead of the actual winner of that auction. Do the usual clearing of history and caches and if not corrected by tomorrow create a Support Ticket.

 

Might also be that as I have seen after the backpage performance update that the backpage communicates faster, loads faster and stuff, but client goes out of sync sometimes, meaning that you don't receive seproms, items or stuff like that in same speed. It clearly seems for me that they made it faster than supposed to or then the other things needs to be sped up as well.

The Higher ups have fixed an issue that was causing some problems with the auctions on some servers. All credits / items should now be where they belong, and the auction should again function as intended.
