    The autions wont work and i didnt get my uri after payment

    You will need to contact support for payment issues as they can't be dealt with by the Mod team.
    As far as a bug with the auction you will have to give more info as the auctions wont work could mean anything and with out the correct info the dev team cannot look into it and eliminate any issues.

    You need to provide more details about how you mean the auction doesn't work. Have you tried clearing cache/cookies and re-starting the browser? Basic fix which usually solves problems. About Uridium, as stated above, you have to contact payment support which you can do by clicking on the "?" mark at the top right of the backpage and selecting "support". Also, when you post on forums, include your user ID found at the top left of the backpage for any mods to help you quicker instead of them having to ask you and make you wait longer for a fix.

    Thank you very much for assisting this player with their issue.

    As they are correct on both accounts. If you have a transaction that completed and you did not receive the items in question, you will need to contact support and have them investigate the matter further.

    As for the Auction - I would need a more detailed descriptions as to the issue. The server this is occurring on and any further information you can provide so that I can attempt to reproduce the issue at hand.
