[TI] Auto Boost CPU Bug

Hello,

I have 2 hangers, one I use to sell palladium at 5-2. Whenever I start game with my 2nd hanger to sell palladium, my ship automatically boosts CPUs. I have nothing equipped on my ship except couple of speed gens. while this does not happen on my first (main) hanger.

I have lost a lot of seprom due to this problem.

Take it away from the ship where you have it put it again and see if that's happens again if do contact the Customer Support and explain what the problem is.

 

just take it off no1 uses them anyways

 

PK.DeCeNtBoY, Do you have the boost CPU attached to any ship on any config? Can you post your exact CPU equipment of your hangars so we can try to replicate the issue?

Is it equipped on both configs of ship 1? if so, then delete both configs relog and then reset them how they were before.

 

These Lab CPUs are not equipped on any config. I have even sold those CPUs, & nothing is equipped on the ship on which this is happening. Please read my first post carefully

 

Please contact Customer Support as they might help you out with the bug. Forum moderators can't really help you, only give you advice or tips.

 

No Boost CPU at all on any ship, even not in my inventory because I have sold. About my equipment please check via your system directly.

 

OK, First lets start with Toudi, the members of the forums team work here in the Tech section, as well as testing to work out issues so that they can be passed on to the development team. So i would ask that you not direct people to support when the moderators are asking for further information.

Now for the Original issue: As I see it, you are sending seprom to your ship via a timed method, then working to collect palladium in the 5-x map possibly. When you log in to the ship located in the 5-x map first the Skylab sees that you are active. The Skylab does not know the difference between hangers it only sees an active ship. That is not a glitch.

However, we are aware of an issue in the setting that if you have the item checked in the game play tab: automatic weapons upgrade by activating lab CPU. That it appears that the seprom is disappearing, however this is a visual glitch and is being worked on. If you un-check this and drag the ore to the weapons this does not occur.

I did look at your account, and you have this unchecked and you have no CPU's installed. so therefore there should be no reason that this would occur any further. However if it is continuing.

Would it be possible for you to provide a detailed description of what we need to do to attempt to reproduce this, we will give it our best effort.

It is not visual glitch because my shield generator is boosted automatically with seprom & therefore my seprom is decreased. About facing this problem again, I won't be going to palladium field again anytime soon because I did my gate, so next time when if this happens I will make a thread again to let you know.
