[TI} Being charged for cancelled subscriptions.

    Hello. Many times I have cancelled my subscriptions for the bonus box doubler, and DELETED my payment information and cancelled all my other subscriptions, yet I am still receiving emails saying the bonus box doubler has been extended. If my payment information has been deleted and my subscriptions have been cancelled, why am I still being charged for it? I have contacted support about this issue, and I would like something done about this sooner rather than later please.
    During the construction of my issue being sent to support, I noticed the "description of problem" slot doesn't really have any option that says what my issue is, so I am saying it here as well to see if anyone can help me. Again, I would like the subscriptions cancelled and no longer be charged for what I am not currently using. Thank you.
