[TI] Beneath the Terrain Flag

I'm doing a quest called "Beneath the Terrain Flag" and am stuck on the part where it asks to "steal cargo boxes from your opponents". I jumped to 2-7 and wait for enemies to kill npc but when I try to pick up the cargo box it says "collecting box already" when clearly nobody is picking it up. I put my pet on auto looter as well and it doesn't pick it up either. Any suggestions for a fix?

 

Make sure you can see cargo boxes that are not "Free" (check box in setting, I think.)

Remember to "steal" cargo, you have to get boxes that are not free. If you wait for them to be free, it don't count.

Though in most probability you knew that already.

Sometimes a cargo box will be collected by someone cloaked, even though you can see the box still, the system registers it as collected.

AS far as I know, pets will only pick up "free" cargo boxes.

The ones that are not free should be blue, and cause you to loose honor. Food for thought. JediThorson is correct on that settings as well.

 

I think it must be a bug in the game. The box is still blue with no ships or pets around and it still won't let me collect. Can someone let me know if they have same problem?

I was able to take screenshots using my laptop but how would I go about sharing them? I tried copy and paste directly on here but to no avail.

Hopefully that works. The first screenshot shows 4/30 "steal cargo boxes from opponents" and you can see in the second shot that it stayed the same and cargo wouldn't pick up.

Thanks for providing those to me. I'll create an issue report about this issue. Unfortunately all I can do at this time is recommend that you wait until it is resolved, at which time there will likely be an official annoucnement regarding it being fixed.

let me help you out here .... your ship cargo is allready full !! so you have to empty it before you can pick up any other cargo's .

 

No that's not the problem, go try it for yourself and you'll see that you just cannot pick up blue cargo boxes - full cargo or not.

 

On a side note , I must be missing a lot because I never see that background when I play.

 

That actually made me laugh, I didn't realize cargo was full. I had just recently crafted osmium but I've been having this issue for weeks so I'm sure that isn't the problem.
