[TI] Beware of mega hours announced on the toolbar in game

i have twice bought uri because of these announcements witth that thing going red

it says buy now mega hour ,so you presume your are getting the mega benefits but it does not give you the % it says .. it has not for ME .


This is a bug and needs to be fixed and i presume you will be giving me what i purchased as Advertised --Support

Anyone else have this like me ?

 

I'm assuming this is GB1 from your previous posts, GB1's "server time" seems to still be an hour behind GB2/GE5 which it was merged with*... and the Command Center on the in-game client is an hour ahead of GB1's actual "server time", so basically you can see stuff like sales showing as active when they actually aren't yet.

Not sure just how much this is effecting stuff, but it does seems something is out of sync and hasn't been sorted out yet. I'll put a gif in a spoiler to just show how it can look near midnight, events/sales showing as active when aren't etc*:

*I've tested it myself before as well to see which is right(backpage or Command Center), by buying Uridium when Command Center said should get a 50% EP booster but didn't get one. (seems GB2's time was changed to GE5's but GB1's hasn't yet, not sure if any other merged server was effected like this)

 

Kyro is right - although merged with GE5 the actual time on GE1 is still BST, so the Command Center is one hour ahead. The official/relevant time is the one shown on backpage. This can easily be verified by trying to claim a daily bonus, which can't be done until 1 AM on GE5.

Remains to be seen at the mo as no response from support because it the weekend ,,and dam i bought it for this weekend too
