[TI] Big chat problem

  1. My chat does not work more than a month! I have "connection to the server was lost" chat problem. Have last updated browser, flash payer and paid antivirus program. I wrote to DO support for this issue, and they in response want my static IP, but my internet provider use dynamic IP address and each time my IP is different! After this my answer, every time DO support, no solve my problem, closing the ticket [Ticket#2016111437002951] [Ticket#2016120537012689]! (Bay do way, friend gave me to log into his account for a test and his account chat works on my computer just fine.) Please help :(

    Most of those facing the issue you are, are due to an IP issue & subsequent bug. If your public IP address is changing regularly and this has not changed anything for you, then the best thing I can advise is to work on clearing your Java, Flash and browser caches. If necessary, consider uninstalling and then reinstalling Java, and trying another browser to see if that helps.

    If it has not already been checked, it may help to try seeing if you have a normal chat ban at all. With global servers this can be tricky to pin down as there are many languages involved and we cannot always see a ban that registers under another language than our own.

    Finally, accessing another user's account would still fall under account sharing and you my face repercussions for that pending further review. Account sharing violates the Terms & Conditions, and puts the account at risk, if not the account holder themselves.

    Your best opportunity to resolve this would be to continue working with your language support team to try and find the root of the issue.
