[TI] Bonus boxes not counting toward missions requirements

    Hello,

    I have started a mission where I had to go to 2-2 map, and collect 10 bonus boxes. But, the collection of bonus boxes is not counted towards the missions requirements. I have collect couple of them, and the counter is stuck at 0.

    Please check the image below:

    From the log in the upper left corner, you can see I have collected some bonus boxes and they are not counted. I have also reconnected, cleared cache, but still the same.

    Browser: Mozilla Firefox v46.0.1 (latest)
    Flash player: v.21.0.0.213 (latest)
    OS: Windows 7

    I hate to say this but with the problems created with the A.S. Update you are going to have to send a ticket to Support with this documentation included. They might be able to correct the issue for you faster than the forum will.

    I will wait a bit more to see if any mod responds and forwards the issue to the support. Otherwise, I will send them a message with the link of this thread. :)

    Mods can not send tickets to Support, they send to tech team. And waiting for Mods to tell you to create a ticket just delays the issue further. But it is your game play it the way you want to. The issue may be cleared up as soon as the other issues are corrected but then they may not be looking at this issue as they have no idea it is happening. Support has no access to the forums.

    Already sent a ticket to support with the link to the issue :) Just wanted to see if some mods will respond in some reasonable time, but not important right now.

    Support ignored my issue (for whatever reason, I have e-mail proof).
    I would like to ask a mod to forward this issue to the developers, please?

    EDIT:
    It seems that the issue with bonus boxes not counting towards the missions goals is solved. I have been able to complete all my missions that had bonus boxes collection requirements without much trouble.
