[TI] Bonus Boxes

Hi. I have been doing quite a lot of boxing lately. Bought doubler and changed bio. Everything has been fine up until today. Now when i fly near some of the bonus boxes they just vanish. It used to do that but if u flew away then flew back again they would reappear but not anymore. They are literally just vanishing into thin air.
Can someone tell me what's going on please?

yup same problem also some of parasite box is empty

 

Thank you for letting us know, I have also experienced this myself. The good thing is, bonus boxes are free to pick up. I will pass this on for further investigation.

Agreed, the bonus boxes are free to pick up but buying the doubler isn't and i wouldn't have bought the doubler if i knew the rewards were going to be reduced. Since the update on Thursday there has been hardly any uri or gg spins in them. On wednesday i picked up 27k uri in 1 hour... after the update i picked up 2k. Any ideas on when this is going to be fixed?

 

im getting box (already picked up) on new and normal boxes, and im getting blank boxs 2 new only

 

my boxing is ok for me on gb1 68 gg spins 7k uri in a hour doing npc in 1-7 not bad i think ?

 

experiencing this also on GB1, however, as mentioned, good returns for boxing, so no biggy.

I have investigated this matter on several servers and we have yet to find any major changes as you have described in the boxes. Except for the infected boxes that were added.

Sorry doesn't change the fact it's happening and i feel ripped off. Bought box doubler for 1 month and week changing all my bio and getting hardly anything out of it.

 

astrea, no disrespect meant, but you arent paying proper attention if you havent noticed anything wrong. a group of 4 boxes on my screen, no blue or red dots near me, and 2 boxes disappear at the EXACT same time without being collected by anyone, 1 box said collecting already when it wasnt, and only 1 box i actually managed to collect. 1 out of 4 boxes collected, 3 nerfed. go do another check !! box doublers have been paid for and bought for a reason, and it isnt to get LESS, but to get DOUBLE. ripped off again.

 

Yh i see this all the time, seems to be when you get close to em, my pet collects em fine but when i try i get trolled.

 

I've noticed the boxes disappear every now and then when I get near them. Doesn't happen often but happens enough to be a nuisance.

For an update for you ASTREA the issue seems to be happening more often during peak hours on my server.
