[TI] Bonus Players Not Working

    In the past couple of months i invited several people into the gameAll 10 or so that signed up from another game i used to play. Several of them have hit level 12, and none of them are counting. Support is giving me the run around. I was supposed to be contacted by the Customer Care Manager, every week for the past 4 weeks, and they are just ignoring me at this point. I had a ticket open, and they kept saying the CCM will contact you, they will contact you, this time they said my ticket doesn't exist, so they closed the ticket and completely deleted it without even talking to me. Is there any admin here that would be able to help me out without going to support? Getting really tired of getting the run around and not getting answers. Note: ALL those people have different IP addresses, they have different mac addresses, because they are real people from all over the world that joined originally just to help me out, but most of them have stuck around and are spending real cash into the game.
