    I have invited a friend to play, he registered and reached lvl 10, but they didn't give me any reward, and it says that 0 friends has accepted. How often does it reloads?

    He has to register through the email you have him

    Shaq[34], As suggested above, did your friend use the email sent to them by the system to register their account? This is the only way it will count towards the 10 friends.
