[TI] cannot log into maps

    Hi I read at the begining of the week about not been able to log into maps due to a virus security problem, I have still got this problem is there a fix for it?
    This problem seems to just on my GB1 account which is via syfi, which is causing other problems -

    No I have F Secure from virgin media, I've tryed another account on GB2 and dont have any problems with that - any suggestions?

    svalentine, I am unaware of any issues with your particular AV solution. Does it have an Internet Security portion? It may be blocking Cookies that are presented by the SyFy portal page.

    Yes I'm still having problems, have reported it to support and they said they will look into it. Does anyone else have problems with the connection to Syfy?

    svalentine, Have you tried going to xxx.darkorbit.com (xxx being the server you play on ex: us1) try your username and password there. If you do not have your password, click the Forgot Password link and it will be emailed to you. See if it works that way.
