[TI] cant buy uridium all methods gone except paysafecard and ukash???

So this weekend gone it was helix mega happy hour and ive been waiting for this for a while - i literally just started playing again from about a year off playing when there was an event or something fun to do..

So im waiting and it comes on i then proceed to open the uridium page all is fine, im about to get my uridium, thinking about what i need to buy to get into fighting shape, i choose my to buy three - 330k uridium packs and rebate coming to a cost of £222.
and this is when it starts.

so i click confirm my payment details are all saved as i just last week brought iron Goliath design i have all the money in my bank account and it was fine then, i buy or attempt too buy my uridium and it comes up with "error please refresh" so i do this and start the process again.. however i choose what i want and everything is gone all options except ukash and paysafecard.

i clear everything cache history restart my internet nothing i miss helix hour and my chance to buy uridium by something not my fault i contacted a mod and was told to contact support i did this and got a reply basically telling me to go elsewhere not there problem let alone read what i was putting i proceed to ask for someone else and this does not happen and i bet you can guess who answered me ))


3 days later i think i might aswell upgrade my seprom lab to lvl 20, i start it and think i got 10 videos to cut the time down so i open the first one and instead of it loading i get this message:




So now im thinking hey awesome everything is back to normal WRONGGGGG still nothing and i cant contact payment support because i dont have an option for visa or debt cards

anyways enough raging can i get some help please? i really really really really really need it and would appreciate it

I apologize for our delay in responding to your thread, however payment issues are something that do go off our radar in terms of the information that have at our disposal to resolving and answering game queries. Most of what we answer to players is based off our own knowledge and experience within the game, therefore payment issues unfortunately are not something that we can assist with in the same manner as we do with other issues.

May i ask whether you have been able to resolve your payment issue?

yes i was able to sort this after i finally got someone from support who wasnt completely useless and didnt ignore me you can close if you wish )
