[TI] can't get into client play

I see we have the same old problem again not even one week later were u can't get on client
play, all i get is a black screen like before!

 

I work, I have time to play DO when I get home. I am at home and the game page isn't working. I have an honor booster ending today and I have an experience booster as well. I have two waves to finish my Gamma Gate. So, is DO going to give me an extra day for my boosters? You offer these boosters as an incentive to buy uridium, I followed through with my part, is DO going to do what is right since I have paid for a service which I did not receive? After trying to play for :20 minutes and experiencing this issue I will be writing support unless this continuing problem is resolved shortly.

Unfortunately I tend to agree with you Waspkiller98, I've been playing this game for years and there are always similar problems. Whenever something new is added to the game it gets buggy, or when an event is occurring. DO doesn't seem to take customer service very seriously, and at some point the paying customer goes somewhere else to spend their money. I know the mods here have a tough job, so my years of frustration is not directed at them.

well just when you think its safe to head back out to space, nothing but emptiness...I take it server is down or experiencing the DDOS again...really!! Well Hope someone in support knows this is happening again

 

Maybe they already know but don't care and to think someone would actually do that!!!!

 

i am on west server and its down again with in a week

 

WE have had 3 server down times in 1 week so.... ugh !!!!!

 

was playing on GB2 and all backgrounds went black...all i could see was gate markers. backed out and now am getting black screen of client death

 

bad enough i couldnt log on saturday for over 7 hrs, then sunday was ok for a little while but down again...then they put out MHH to try and smooth things over..More should be done, like give out uri or booster packs free for the wasted time we lost on boosters.. But Im sure its another attack just as it was over the weekend
