[TI] Cant Log in with live.com address

    Hi all, My kid wanted to play for a bit again but can not log in, we thought it was the password, but we used the acct awhile ago.. maybe like 2 months have passed.
    we did a reset password just to see if that was it and when i went to check the email for the letter from dark orbit to reset i find that live.com has deleted accts and that email is gone.
    Hotmail and Outlook are now the only ones and they said that if the accts was deleted to bad its gone please make a new acct.. and no way to make a new email with same address as before with live.com at the end. any thoughts or ideas how we can fix this.. i have money invested in the acct and would hate to lose it all because micro soft wants to delete accts for non use.
    Thank you for any ideas or a way to get my kid back ingame

    Best thing to do is contact support and have your account information ready to provide to support

    GuardianV, Unfortunately you will have to contact Support regarding this issue. There is nothing we can do here in Forums regarding account issues.

    Closing as player has been referred to Support.
