    Hi DO.

    I can't get into my USA (East Coast) account. There is a connection error.

    I can get into my USA 2 (East Coast) and GB2 account, but not USA 1. I don't have my account number for USA 1 to give you.

    I have shut down and did restarts no help.

    I'm having the same exact issue. I can get in on my newly created US2 account but cannot log in with my old US1 account.

    Hi,

    This issue was reported by other players and should be resolved.

    If you still have connection problems the solution appears to be clearing your cache.

    Please let me know if this solves your issue.
