[TI] Cant login

    I read about this online with some server merge stuff, but he was playing yesterday ?? and now he cant login (my brother)

    The webbrowser shows server "GB1" but hes playing on sk1 (Int3) this is why im super confusede, please help

    No one on the forums will be able to assist you with that.

    Hello hanstel,

    It's indeed correct, as KilerStreak said. This is an issue related to the server merges, and you're attempting to login to an account that is technically not there anymore, but it will be merged into the servers soon enough.

    You'll have to contact Customer Support in order for them to look into your issue further tho.
