My game doesnt load it gets to 1 point then stops. i think its cus my pc cant run the 3d engine. need help!!!!!

  2. If your PC can't run the 3D engine, you will be automatically loaded into 2D. That means, this is not the problem. Have you tried clearing Flash player and browser cache? Also, try to log in from another browser.

  5. Well if you don't know about anything, than go to the Flash player page and upgrade it first. Than, clear cache on Flash player and browser. If you can't log in again, than contact support and get technical assistance.

indy55592, Are you using a hard-wired connection or wireless? This can be a big factor if you have a weak wireless signal or multiple people using the same wireless access point.

Please let us know the status of your issue.

    Best regards,

Below is a variety of reasons as to why you could be. experiencing these issues.

    1. Web Browser is not up to date
    2. Flash and java not up to date - or missing plug ins
    3. Cache needs to be empty
    4. Browser history may need to be cleared.
    5. Distance from server
    6. Computer graphic overload. (Graphics card slow or not enough Ram).
    7. Internet type - Wifi, DSL, cable broadband or phone connection.
    8. Programs Running in the Background
    9. Clear Flash player data: Can be done at the following link
    http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager07.html
(This is an actual web page - not just an image)
    10. Try a different Browser to see if issue continues.
    11. Possible server problem.

These are all things that could be causing the issue, these are just suggestions as to what the issue might be to help you resolve the current problem.

I hope this has help in some way.
    Have a nice day!
