[TI] Cargo boxes

I might be coming a bit late for this since I hadn't played in a month or so, but it seems like NPCs no longer drop cargo boxes (I haven't seen a single one since the assembly feature came out). I was told it was a bug and I'd like to know how to get rid of it since I can't really complete some of the event quests because of that - any help would be appreciated

 

Cargo ... if your pet shoots first there is/was a problem where some 10% dropped nothing (there are other PET issues like Salvage protocols dont work etc)... If the ship shoots then sometimes a New Material connected to the Assemble may be dropped...
Sorry to say it to you but clearing the Flash and Java website Cache and Browser Cache and even restarting your computer and resetting your Router has been seen to help...
there is an >Official Post< on known Glitches/Bugs... I never saw no cargo at all tho so have you checked your settings on the map for showing... try looting with your PET if you have one...

 

I feel like a complete dumbass right now seems like not having played the game for a while has affected my memory of some of the stuff in the settings tab, although I'm fairly certain I've never turned the show cargo boxes thing off but w/e, doesn't matter anymore - thanks for the reply!
