[TI] carnt get on my account

hi i cannot get on my account, in game name ΔŠŠΣT™ has it been banned? i was playing on it 16 hours ago and now i cannot get on it. i havent done anything wrong.

 

If it says cooldown error that means it banned.

 

When you can't get into your account you don't ask in forums, you send a support ticket.

 

This is not true I received the error when I was trying to log into the TEST Server and it mis fired me back to the login page instead of into the server. I have also received it when the server was down for maintenance (they sere working on it without notification).

The only way to get the issue corrected is to send a ticket as PSK~SUNDANCE says and you need to include your Ship Name, Server last played, UID (if known, you need to keep a record of it if not), email address for the account, and normal I P address for your sign in device. And a lot of patience, it was 10 hours for my issue to be corrected.

 

Patience is key. I have one account that took a couple months while this one took a couple days. I lost nothing but time, but of course time is credits and uri. Contact support and follow what information they give you in order to speed the process along.
